Supercorte-Empresa de Confecções S.A. may also collect information about the candidate from publicly accessible sources, public bodies and contacts made available by the candidate themselves, in order to complement and/or confirm the information provided by the candidate as part of the recruitment and selection process.
Personal data shall mean information of any nature and medium, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
Supercorte-Empresa de Confecções S.A. is the entity responsible for collecting and processing Applicants' Personal Data and, in this context, decides which data is collected, the means of processing and the purposes for which the data is processed.
Name, Address, Telephone and Email Contact, Professional Experience, Academic Qualifications, Citizen Card Number, Tax Identification Number, Age and all the others referred to in the application form to be filled in by the Candidate. We may also collect personal data through third parties, such as specialized recruitment companies, references, previous employers, employment background checks, as permitted by law.
The Personal Data in question will be processed for the purposes of selecting and recruiting the Applicant and, if selected, to join the staff of Supercorte-Empresa de Confecções S.A. within the scope of an employment and/or internship relationship. In the event that the Candidate is not selected for the position applied for, the personal data collected will be taken into consideration, if the Candidate consents, for future vacancies that may arise and that match the Candidate's profile.

The Personal Data of Candidates may be processed by other entities to whom Supercorte-Empresa de Confecções S.A. has subcontracted its processing, namely specialized recruitment companies and temporary employment companies, contracted to carry out the evaluation and selection of applications, interviews, verification of qualifications or other candidate data.
